God’s Altar Ministries was founded by Pastor Paul Mbaluka after having an encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ.
In the 2020, there was a lock down in most areas of the world. There was no travelling nor free movement. The entire world experienced a bid shake up due to introduction of many prohibitions among them being avoiding crowded areas. Due to this. Churches and other social gathering were barred.
To me, though affected, because I had to cancel my flight to my home country, God turned it to be a great training time. I was born and grew up in one of main stream churches which taught me many spiritual truths including salvation and service, however, one of the paramount lessons was omitted and this was everything to do with the works and manifestation of the Holy Spirit.
During the lock down, I had a time to learn from the servants of God including Apostle John Kimani and others about the Holy Spirit, dealing with altars, repentance, among other very key lessons. This enhanced and propelled my spiritual growth to greater heights.
For the first time in my life I was able to pray and fast for three, ten, twenty one and forty days. God’s Altar Ministries was therefore born after an intense time of listening and seeking God. I grew to a level of hearing and from God.
My wife and I began the year 2020 with a forty days prayer and fasting. We didn’t know what they Lord wanted us to do until when he clearly revealed to us that He wants us to raise Him an Altar called by His name, that is where the name of the ministry is derived from.
This ministry is a sign of an altar that was raised for God on 2nd June 2021 and it’s aimed at speaking the Life of God in the lives of people. It is also aimed at bringing souls to our Master and Lord Jesus Christ. In Philippians 3:10, Paul said that, “I want to know Christ and the power of His resurrection. Being like Christ is an integral part of this ministry.

To know Christ and help others find Him and grow in His power of resurrection as we emulate Him as our Lord, Master and soon returning King of kings.
